No prior experience is required. The Novice training is designed for complete beginners and covers the fundamentals step by step. If you already use Microsoft Copilot and want to go deeper, the Advanced sessions are a better fit.

Novice Training focuses on understanding ChatGPT basics, writing effective prompts, and applying AI to everyday tasks. Advanced Training dives into complex prompt engineering, workflow automation, team collaboration, and industry-specific use cases.

We offer both options:
Remote Training is delivered live via Zoom or a similar platform.
Onsite Training is available at your U.S. location for teams who prefer in-person workshops.

For the best experience, we recommend groups of 5–20 participants. Smaller groups allow more personal interaction, while larger teams may benefit from breakout sessions or multiple facilitators.

Absolutely. In addition to group training, we also offer individual coaching sessions for professionals who want focused, personalized guidance.

We understand schedules can change. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no extra cost. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your booking.

Yes. All participants receive digital resources, examples, and summary notes. Remote sessions may also include a recording (with permission) for your internal use.
