Jack Sterling Advisory collects the details you choose to submit through this website to manage the client waitlist or respond to your message.

Client waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address and, if provided, company name. We use these details to record your interest, send a confirmation and contact you with an individual invitation when access is available. Joining does not start a JSA Pro membership.

Contact messages

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address and any company name or comments you provide. We send your message to Jack Sterling Advisory and email you a receipt. We use these details to respond to your inquiry.

Storage and service providers

Waitlist records are stored in our Google Firebase project. Website messages and acknowledgements use our Google Workspace email service. We keep waitlist information while it is needed to manage client access, and contact messages while needed to handle the inquiry and related business records. We also use short-lived technical records to limit form abuse.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or remove your waitlist information, or ask a question about your website information, by emailing Jack.Sterling@JackSterlingAdvisory.com.
